JustForAuto is operated by Global Pet Index Inc from the United States. Current website availability may include selected international markets, but delivery availability, timelines, duties, import charges and shipping fees are confirmed at checkout only when a product is live for purchase.

Returns & refunds

For print-on-demand or personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defect reasons. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its order, contact us with your order details and supporting photos so we can review the case.

For non-customized products, return and refund outcomes are assessed case by case based on the product condition, supplier obligations, delivery evidence and applicable requirements. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Please contact JustForAuto first so we can review the order and seek a practical resolution. These policies are intended for the U.S. operating model and will be finalized with product-specific fulfillment, legal and tax information before live checkout.
